UNIDEF always stands behind of its products with a “user-oriented after-sales logistics support” approach. Taking a constructive approach to the identification of solutions, empathising with and understanding our end users, and coming up with solutions to their problems as soon as possible forms the basis of UNIDEF’s logistics support approach.

 

In this context, UNIDEF’s after-sales services, include maintenance, repair, and the provision of spare parts and products.

After Sales Support Activities

Periodic Inspection: The systems are ensured to be active at all times through the performance of the necessary inspection and planned maintenance at intervals determined specifically for each product.

Failure-oriented Maintenance and Repair: Based on the information received from end users, failures are defined immediately, and maintenance and repair schedules are planned as soon as possible for a quick solution, thereby minimising “out of service time”.

Training: Specialised personnel provide on-site theoretical and practical training in the use of the products used.

Spare Parts Supply: In line with the goal of ensuring that the products provided to end users are active at all times, UNIDEF plans the availability of necessary spare parts for the systems and establishes an after-sales logistics support system in coordination with the end users.
